Your ticket will be exchanged at the venue entrance for an RFID-enabled wristband which will serve as your digital wallet. The cashless wristband is the only form of payment for purchases for food and drinks at the event.

“Top up” stations will be located throughout the event to allow patrons to add additional credits to your wristband.

Cashless FAQ

  1. How does the cashless payment system work?

    a.) Upon arrival, you’ll be given a wristband which has a digital chip, in exchange for your ticket.

    b.) Top up your wristband with cash or credit card at the top-up stations around site.

    c.) Use your wristband as your wallet to pay for items at the event site.

  2. What are the benefits of cashless payments?
    a.) Time-saving and user-friendly
    b.) No need to carry cash or a credit car
    c.) Accepted at all bars and food vendors

  3. What if there’s credit left on my wristband prior to leaving the event site?
    a.) On-site you can top-up as little as SGD $1.00 to help spend off any balance’s credits.
    b.) If you have remaining RFID credits post event, simply download iGo eWallet app:
    - https://is.gd/igoiosapp – for iOS
    - https://is.gd/igoandroidapp – for Android
    c.) Register your NFC Tag# and information in the app. Balance credits will be available in the App once the event account is settled.
    d.) You can carry your balance credits forward and apply them for upcoming events and ticket purchases.
    e.) For withdraw of credits from the iGo wallet, a S$3.00 handling fee will be applied.

  4. What happens if my wristband is damaged?
    a.) We highly recommend you don’t tamper with your wristband as you will always need it for entry and making purchases. Should your
    wristband get damaged however, bring it to the ticket help desk (located at the event entrance) for assistance.

  5. Currency Forms Accepted
    a.) Accepted currency forms for Top-up: $SGD Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
    b.) The event currency conversion is $1 SGD = 1 Event Dollar.

All tickets are sold by iGo (iGo Smart Payments & Ticketing Pte Ltd) (“iGo”) as agent for and on behalf of the “Venue Owner” responsible for the venue in which the event will be held “Venue” and/or the “Promoter” responsible for the event for which they are sold (“Event”).

“Ticket Holder” or “You” refers to the person or legal entity identified in the Order as the purchaser of Products or the person intending to use the ticket for entry.

“Buyer” refers to the person who is intending to purchase Products offered on iGo.events or affiliated / websites. (Link to http://igo.events website)

“Card” refers one of the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard.

“Card Company” means the applicable payment and Card processing entity for the relevant Card.

“Conditions” means these Terms & Conditions, and shall include where applicable, the Privacy Policy and other conditions and policies found on iGo.asia.

“Event” means show, screening, performance, event, exhibition, conference, service, attraction, ride, or other product or service sold by iGo.

“Force Majeure of Event” means any event or circumstance the occurrence and the effect of which iGo could not reasonably prevent or avoid including:

  1. explosion, fire, flood, war, earthquake, storm or other natural disasters;

  2. war, declared or undeclared, sabotage, insurrection, terrorist or criminal acts, riot or civil disturbance;

  3. import or export regulations or embargo or requisition restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibition or any acts or measures or any intervention of any governmental or regulatory authority;

  4. epidemic, quarantine restrictions, outbreak of disease or any travel restrictions or bans (including bans on non-essential travel) issued by the World Health Organisation or any governmental authority;

  5. strike, lock-out, work stoppage or other industrial action or trade dispute (whether involving employees of iGo or any other person); and

  6. any default act or omission on the part of iGo’s suppliers or sub-contractors.

“Order” means an online order, placed at the Site by a Ticket Holder with iGo, for Products in accordance with these Conditions.

“Parties” means iGo and the Buyer and “Party” means any one of them.

“Products” means products and/or services for which iGo invites orders on this Site, including Tickets.

“Organiser” or “Promoter” means the person or entity operating, managing, producing, organising, promoting or providing the Event for which Tickets are being ordered.

“Third Party Products” means products and services of third parties advertised on or available at the Site or websites linked from the Site, including Products supplied by third parties, Events which are not organised by iGo regardless of whether iGo is selling Tickets for such Events, and tickets sold by third parties.

“Tickets” means tickets in any form or medium designated by iGo, for admission to Events, for which iGo invites orders on this Site.

“Ticket Holders” means all persons for whom Buyer is purchasing Tickets or who will be holding Tickets purchased by Buyer.

“Venue” means the venue, location, vehicle or craft hosting the Event.

“Venue Owner” means the operator, manager or owner of the Venue.


All orders for tickets are subject to availability and acceptance and confirmation by iGo. iGo reserves the right to accept or reject any such order, and shall not be required to provide any reason for rejecting any order. Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, you will receive your tickets only after iGo has accepted and confirmed your order.

Ticket is only valid when purchase through an authorised agent.

The ticket is not to be tampered, altered or defaced, otherwise considered void and invalid.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

The ticket holder shall abide to the full terms & conditions found on iGo.events, all entry conditions at the Venue and all terms & conditions as stated by the Organiser.

By ordering the iGo tickets:

  1. you warrant and confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or (if you are younger than 18 years old) that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to purchase any iGo tickets and that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to be responsible for ensuring that you will abide and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below; and

  2. you agree, on your own behalf and as agent for any person for whom you are ordering such tickets (each such person, a “Ticket Holder” and/ or “Ticket Buyer”) to abide and be bound by the Conditions set out below.

Purchase & Payments

Ticket Buyers are required to sign up for an account with iGo to make purchases for products offered on the site.

Unless otherwise agreed by iGo in writing, payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer in full by Buyer’s valid Card before collection (if applicable) or delivery of Products.

The Buyer shall bear all shipping, delivery, handling and other charges (where applicable), as well as all applicable taxes (including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax) at the prevailing rates.

All Card payments are subject to the approval of the Card Company and the relevant paying bank. iGo shall not be liable in any way if the Card Company or the paying bank refuses to process or accept any Card or Card particulars for any reason.

The Ticket Buyer agrees to submit to iGo and its payment service provider such Card information and other personal and delivery information as may be reasonably requested by iGo or its payment service provider to process the Order, payment for the Order, and to arrange for delivery and invoicing. All information submitted shall be subject to iGo’s Privacy Policy.


iGo operations on an online system. With every successful acceptance, payment and confirmation of order by iGo, Ticket Buyer will be issued a booking and the e-ticket via the provided email. The e-ticket will serve as “the ticket” to be presented upon entry to the Venue or Event.


Ticket holder must have a valid ticket to be presented for entry. Ticket holder with invalid ticket shall be refused entry.

As per Venue or Organiser entry conditions, the ticket holder may be required to produce his/ her personal identification or documentation for tickets limited to a restricted audience or concessionary group, and/ or submit to a search for any prohibited items not limiting to weapons, drugs. Prohibited items will be confiscated and destroyed.

Ticket holder shall observe all age, height and other entry restrictions at the Venue and/ or in publicity materials and no refunds will be made for ignorance of restrictions.

The Venue/ Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or evict the ticket holder whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the Organiser/ Venue.

Ticket must be retained through the event, unless otherwise stated or instructed by Organiser/ Venue.

Force Majeure of Event

iGo shall not be liable for or be deemed to be in breach of these Conditions by reason of any failure in performing any of its obligations under these Conditions during any period in which performance is delayed by any Force Majeure Event.

iGo shall notify the Buyer of any delay or failure arising through any Force Majeure Event and provide a revised collection (if applicable)/delivery date as soon as practicable. The Buyer shall not seek for a refund, exchange or claim by reason of any such delay or failure.

Changes & Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets sold are non-exchangeable and may not be resold, or redistributed, or re-marketed without prior consent of the Organiser.

Booking and handling fees are not refundable.

Any cancellation, changes & refunds shall be directed to and made only under Organiser’s terms and conditions on their account. iGo is not liable for any of these claims.


Any complaints regarding the Event shall be directed solely to and dealt with by the Organiser. Any complaints regarding the Venue shall be directed solely to and dealt with by the Venue Owner.


Any claims, complaints and requests relating to the event, should be directed to and handled by the Organiser.

iGo will not be responsible for loss, damage, death or injury to any person or their property howsoever caused.

The Organiser undertakes sole liability for the event and Venue Owner undertakes sole liability for the venue.

iGo does not warrant or guarantee the quality, suitability, compliance with description or punctuality of any of the event or venue.

iGo has no control over the maintenance or management of the Venue, or the organisation or management of the Event.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Sale and distribution of iGo tickets shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and Ticket Holders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Please contact ticketing@igo.events for any questions, clarifications, website or ticketing issues.
