Definition of Users
This policy applies to the following classification of individuals that interact with iGo:
As used in this Privacy Polilcy, “iGo” refers to iGo Smart Payments & Ticketing Pte Ltd.
“You”, “Client” and “Customers” are individuals that are employees or associates of iGo’s direct customers (for example, event planners, travel agents, event organisers, venue partners), including customer personnel that are assigned a login id and are authorized to access and use our Applications pursuant to an active iGo agreement. Additionally, Customers include individuals who self-register to access our Applications and Websites or agent of a Client who is authorized to access iGo Platform, websites and applications as an Administrator or User.
“Visitors” refer to a visitor to our Websites and Mobile Apps who is just interested in browsing and learning more about iGo. It also includes those who attend iGo marketing events, tradeshow or learn about us from a referral third parties or external sources.
Types of Information Collected
This section describes the various kinds of information that iGo may collect and store when you interact with us through the Sites and/or Services.
“Personal Information” is any information collected on or through our Sites, Applications and/or Services that may be used to identify or to contact you or another individual. The information may include, but is not limited to, name, job title, company name, email address, mailing address, phone number, browser and device information (including IP Address), payment data and other identifying information you may provide to iGo.
With respect to the Personal Information of EU residents, iGo complies with applicable requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it applies to personal data.
Data from iGo Customers
This refers to the data collected by iGo Customers as they voluntarily and explicitly enter and collect a variety of personal data from and about their business contacts, including name, organization, title, postal address, email, telephone number, fax number, social media account ID, credit or debit card number and other information into iGo Platform, Sites and Applications.
How iGo Collects Information
From iGo Websites
If you visit one of our Websites and/or request a free demo, purchase a ticket, register for an event organiser account, submit an query, or request for a quotation, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, including your contact details. The information provided will be used to answer questions or initiate a sales dialogue/appointment.
From iGo Platform
Information collected via the iGo Platform (including on Mobile Apps) is collected from or on behalf of our Customers who are hosting or managing events. This information is either collected from Client administrators who access the back-end of our Platform, or from Event Attendees.
This type of Personal Information is controlled by the Customer, and iGo only collects and processes it at the Customer’s direction, in accordance with instructions provided by the Customer, including applicable terms in any Contractual Agreement. With respect to this type of information, iGo is a processor, and Customer is the controller. iGo works together with Customers and offers tools so that Customers can provide appropriate notice regarding the purposes for which they are collecting Personal Information on our Platform, and so that Customers can also obtain consent to the collection and use of such information, where appropriate.
From Mobile Apps & Smart Wallet
When you download or use iGo mobile apps and Smart Wallet in connection with a Customer event, we collect usage data. If, where applicable, you have requested or consented to location services in connection with your use of a mobile app, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device. We use this information to provide you with location-based Services and other personalized content based on your location. Most mobile devices enable you to shut off location-based services; please access your mobile device’s “Settings” for more information.
From Smart Tags & iGo Devices
If are an Event Attendee wearing an iGo Smart Tag or any other iGo devices at a Customer event, the Smart Tag will collect data regarding your attendance at that event, including what time you check in and out, which sessions you attend, what exhibitors and event locations you visited, and with whom you exchanged contact information using the Smart Tags
Legal Basis for Collecting and Processing Personal Information
iGo’s legal basis on the personal information mentioned above will depend on the nature of the Personal Information and the context in which it is collected. This information are collected, used, processed or disclosed based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
Performance of a contract (including any Contractual Agreement with the Customer) to perform our obligations under an Agreement or other binding contract.
Received consent from you.
Legitimate Business Interests to improve our products and services.
Legal Requirement due to a legal or regulatory requirement.
Use of Personal Information
iGo processes your Personal Information to:
Analyze how our websites are accessed;
Personalize your browsing experience and present contents tailored to your preferences;
Respond to your product and service inquiries;
Provide customer support upon request;
To send you updates, newsletters and other content that you have requested or subscribed to, as well as informational materials regarding our Services
Plan and host iGo corporate events and social networks in which you may participate;
Identify new prospects;
Create tailored advertising, sales and promotional programs;
If you have consented and it is in compliance with applicable laws, to send you marketing communications regarding products and services that may be of interest to you. If you later decide that you no longer want to receive this type of marketing or promotional information, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the marketing communication or contacting us at the email provided in the materials.
As necessary for us to comply with applicable law.
Sharing of Personal Data with Others
Personal Information will not disclose, transfer, sell, trade, rent, or otherwise provide your Personal Information to any third party, without your consent except for the following conditions:
Customers. If you are accessing any Site or Service as an administrator or authorized user of a Customer, or as an Event Attendee for an event organized by a Customer, iGo is permitted to provide the Customer with your information, including but not limited to your Personal Information, access information and usage data.
Legal and Contractual Compliance. iGo may disclose your information to government or law enforcement officials, regulatory agencies or other third parties (such as attorneys or regulatory service providers), as necessary to (i) comply with applicable laws or regulations, (ii) cooperate with governmental or law enforcement investigations, (iii) respond to legal claims or processes, (iv) protect the safety and legal rights of the public or any individual, (v) detect, prevent or remedy any suspected fraud, market manipulation or illegal, tortious or wrongful activity; or (vi) enforce applicable Client Agreements or other iGo contracts to which you have agreed.
Third Party Websites and External Links. Our Sites may contain links to websites (including social media sites) owned and operated by third parties. When you are directed to the third parties’ websites, these websites may collect Personal Information. iGo is not, and will not be, responsible for the privacy practices or security of any such websites. Certain third-party service providers, such as social media platforms, payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Sharing of Personal Data with Others
Identify a registered user who logs into any iGo Services, Platform, Sites, Applications or Mobile Apps.
Track details of your visits to our Sites, Applications and Mobile Apps, such as the date and time of access, length of time you spend on our Applications, websites you visited before or after our Applications, the resources and content that you access and use on the Sites, Applications and Mobile Apps.
Collect information about your computer and internet connection, such as your IP Address, computer type, screen resolution, language, Internet browser type and version.
Collect aggregated user information to improve iGo’s general operation of its Sites, Applications and Mobile Apps.
You may set your computer’s browser preferences to remove and disable cookies. But please note that some features of the Sites or Services may not be accessible or operate properly if you disable your cookies.
Our ticketing platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Amazon Web Services offers reliable, scalable and secured cloud computing services for hosting and data storage so that iGo can provide the best performance at all events. Your data is stored in Amazon Web Services data storage and secured database servers set behind fortified firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, iGo does not store your credit card data. This will be managed by the respective Payment Gateway services used by our Customers.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS. It is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, in joint effort together with brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure secured handling of credit card information on our store and its service providers.
iGo makes it a priority to safeguard the security and privacy of your Personal Information. iGo uses a variety of organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. iGo therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us at email@example.com immediately.
